Majek Fashek: I’ll Sue Timi Dakolo For Remixing My Song “Send Down The Rain” When I Was Sick
Nigerian soul singer Timi Dakolo is currently in a legal fight with Reggae legend Majek Fashek over his hit song, “Send Down The Rain”.
Uzoma Day Omenka, the manager of Fashek revealed that the two musicians will meet in court by March ending to sort out a pending legal matter.
Omenka added that Timi Dakolo allegedly remixed Fashek hit song without getting an authorization.
However Timi Dakolo said he paid Fashek’s manager an undisclosed amount of money to do the remix.
The remixed version of Send down the rain is currently one of the top selling singles on iTunes.
