Scott Robinson, 46, is now serving 30 years in prison after forcing his 16 year old daughter to become a prostitute. The teen told police it all started after her father found out she was sexually active. She also says she had several appointments a night, with which her father kept any money that was made. Robinson created an online ad of the teen on Backpage.com, and also took her to stand at truck stops in Baytown Texas, close to home, to pick up new customers. The disturbing ordeal went on for four months until Robinson was caught by an undercover cop.
Following an anonymous tip, the officer responded to the ad on Backpage.com. He then arranged to meet with Robinson at a Hotel in Houston where he was later arrested. “The facts showed that Scott Robinson forced his own daughter into the depths of the illegal sex industry,” says JoAnne Musick, chief of the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, Sex Crimes Division. “His depravity earned him decades in state prison.” However Robinson wasn’t the only one involved in the disgusting ordeal; the teen’s stepmother and stepbrother were also charged. They both came clean about their involvement, as the brother admitted to taking the girl to “out call” appointments with clients. They later testified against Robinson. A law enforcement told DailyMail.co.uk that the teen is now safe but has “been through a lot.”
